HireDoorPro is a referral service. Calls connect you directly to a licensed, insured garage door contractor serving your area. We do not perform repairs ourselves.

What we collect

When you submit a request we collect your name, phone number, ZIP code, and a description of the problem. We collect nothing else, and there is no account to create.

What we do with it

We pass your details to one licensed, insured contractor serving your ZIP code so they can contact you about the repair. We do not sell your information, and we do not distribute it to multiple companies to bid against each other.

Calls

Phone numbers on this site are tracked so we can route you to the right market and verify that calls are answered. Calls may be recorded for quality purposes; you will be told at the start of the call if so.

Removing your data

Email us and we will delete your request and any associated call record. We keep nothing we do not need.
